Who we are

Hawkcrest Cyber LLC (“Hawkcrest”, “we”) operates hawkcrestcyber.com. Questions about this notice or your information: [email protected].

Request a service form

When you submit the request form we collect your name, organization, email, optional phone number, the service you are interested in, organization size, and your message. We use this only to respond to your request. The form is delivered by email through our form-delivery provider. We do not sell or share your information for marketing.

PolicyForge (free policy generator)

PolicyForge sends the answers you enter (company details, policy choices, and your free-text requirements) to Cloudflare Workers AI (an AI model service run by Cloudflare, our hosting provider) to draft your policy. Before sending, we automatically redact obvious credentials, email addresses, phone numbers, IP addresses, and internal hostnames; this is best-effort, so please do not enter passwords, keys, or personal data. We do not log or store the free-text you enter. The generated draft is returned to your browser and is not stored by us.

Email (PolicyForge)

An email address and consent are required to use PolicyForge. When you generate a policy we store your email, the company name you entered, the policy type, and the time of consent for up to 180 days so we can follow up about your policy and related services. You can ask us to delete it at any time by emailing [email protected].

One free sample per person

PolicyForge provides one free sample policy per person. To enforce this we store a one-way cryptographic hash (not the address itself) of your normalized email address for up to 1 year, and a one-way hash of your IP address for up to 30 days. These hashes are used only to check whether a free sample has already been generated.

Abuse prevention and security

We use Cloudflare Turnstile to block automated abuse, and we keep short-lived counters keyed by a one-way hash of your IP address to enforce rate limits. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes standard technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not use advertising cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile may set strictly necessary cookies to verify you are human.

Your choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you have given us by emailing [email protected].
